I'm Jay, an AI and full-stack engineer. I've been making computers do cool stuff ever since I saw Siri talk. Turns out, asking "how does this work?" long enough leads to building your own.
I build production AI applications end to end: LLM agents with LangGraph, retrieval pipelines on pgvector, async job queues, and the MERN or Python/FastAPI backends and Next.js frontends around them. I care about the unglamorous parts too, like indexing, caching, auth and failure handling.
Right now I'm working at Techsteck Solutions on backend services for a B2B taxi marketplace, and building side projects like Newsbit and PromptX in the evenings.
